Rajasthan (India) Power Sector Restructuring Project - Private/Price Waterhouse/World Bank - AEAI staff has conducted a financial and policy evaluation of the power system and operations. This included an evaluation of bulk service rates at different voltage levels with special emphasis to the distribution level. A number of training and workshop presentations were critical as well as capacity building of local financial, government and industry structures.
