Moldova Weatherization Project - U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) - the objective of this project has been the selection of weatherization sites in Moldova, perform the weatherization activities using local energy service companies (ESCOs), provide local ESCO training in weatherization and energy efficiency techniques and conduct the assessment of energy savings. The AEAI Team managed all aspects of the project, including selection of sites, specification of materials, purchase of materials, selection of subcontractors, supervision of installation work, impact assessment, and coordination of work with other USAID and donor agency programs.
