restructuring and regulatory reform programs in more than

Duke
Engineering and Services (DE&S) is
a full-service engineering and consulting company and a
business unit of Duke Energy Company. As an owner/operator
serving the power, energy, and environmental needs of its
clients, DE&S offers its clients a wealth of energy
expertise and a unique perspective and commitment. DE&S
