Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu International (DTTI) is a major "Big Five" public accounting firm, with offices in 125 countries. The firm has worked on more than 1500 utility consultancies worldwide, and on several hundred restructuring and regulatory reform programs in more than 50 countries around the world.

Duke Engineering and Services (DE&S) is a full-service engineering and consulting company and a business unit of Duke Energy Company. As an owner/operator serving the power, energy, and environmental needs of its clients, DE&S offers its clients a wealth of energy expertise and a unique perspective and commitment. DE&S assists clients with all types of power generation from conceptual design through full-life cycle operation. The firm also advises in power planning and analysis, facility siting and permitting, transmission, distribution and substation design, and advanced control and information technology.

Edison Technology (formerly of Southern California Edison (SCE) is the second largest utility in the U.S., based on the number of customers. Fluor Daniel, Inc. is one of the world's largest international engineering, construction and maintenance firms. Examples of Honeywell's work in energy technology projects include work in Poland reducing emissions, district heating improvements in Krakow, collaborating on a project to demonstrate potential energy savings in multi-family dwellings, and implementing an energy conservation project in Moscow that resulted in gas savings of $1.3 million.
